baazi Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between baazi and any user of this platform ("you" or "member"). By visiting the baazi.bar website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you automatically agree to these Terms.

baazi is an online gaming platform that provides casino games, sports betting, and other interactive entertainment services for Bangladeshi users. If you fail to read and understand these Terms, you bear full responsibility for any loss that results.

To open an account and use baazi's services, you must meet the following requirements:

2.1 Age Requirement

This platform is for users aged 21 and above only. You must confirm your actual age at the time of registration. Accounts belonging to underage users will be closed immediately and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, baazi reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit all associated balances.

2.3 Accurate Information

All information provided during registration and identity verification must be truthful, complete, and up to date. Providing false information is a clear breach of these Terms and grounds for account closure.

3.1 Password & Access

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Allowing any third party to use your account or sharing your account credentials is prohibited. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

3.2 Account Verification

baazi may request documents for identity verification at any time. We reserve the right to suspend withdrawals until the verification process is complete. Typically, a copy of your national ID or passport and proof of address may be required.

3.3 Account Closure & Suspension

baazi may temporarily suspend or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Suspicion of fraud or deception
• Concern of money laundering
• Extended period of inactivity on the account
• You submit a request to close your own account

3.4 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform:

• Betting or playing using bots, scripts, or automated software
• Deliberately exploiting system errors or bugs
• Collusion or attempting to fix outcomes by coordinating with other players
• Introducing illegal funds or money of illicit origin into the platform
• Falsely identifying yourself as a baazi employee or affiliate

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The payment methods currently accepted at baazi are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). You may only use a payment account registered in your own name.

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount via any method is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be accepted.

4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. If identity verification is pending or unusual activity is suspected, additional time may be needed to process the withdrawal.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. Wagering requirements must be met to withdraw bonus funds (see Section 5 for details).

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus — making the total balance ৳2,200. Depositing ৳34,000 or more gives the maximum ৳20,000 bonus — making the total balance ৳54,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit plus bonus. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry period — expired bonuses are cancelled automatically
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be combined at the same time (unless stated otherwise)
• Bonus funds can only be used on designated games
• baazi reserves the right to cancel any bonus if fraud is suspected
• Multiple accounts from the same household or IP address will not receive bonuses

5.4 Bonus Changes

baazi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time. For changes to ongoing bonus offers, reasonable notice will be given before the changes take effect.

6.1 Fair Play

baazi is committed to ensuring fair play. All our games are fair and operated through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are not predetermined in any way.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a disconnection or technical error occurs during play, the bet for that round will be considered void and the funds will be returned. However, the outcome of any round recorded as completed in the system log will be considered final.

6.3 Technical Errors & Pricing Mistakes

If the odds or payout of any game are displayed incorrectly due to a technical error, baazi reserves the right to void any winnings obtained from that error. In such cases, the original bet amount will be refunded.

6.4 Sports Betting

No definitive claims may be made regarding actual matches, fixtures, players, or scores in sports betting. Betting markets are described for general illustrative purposes. The rules for each bet will be stated in the description of that market.

7.1 Self-Exclusion

If you feel your gaming habits are getting out of control, please contact our support team. We can apply a temporary break or permanent self-exclusion to your account.

7.2 Setting Deposit Limits

• Copying or using baazi's logo or trademarks
• Copying or republishing website content
• Running false or misleading advertisements in baazi's name
• Decompiling or reverse-engineering the platform's software

11.1 Changes to Terms
